1. Claim Filing Requirements
A claim will not be considered properly presented until ITI has received a completed and signed claim form indicating a demand for a specific amount of money.
Claim Filing Deadlines:

Preservation of Damaged Goods: The container and contents should be preserved in the condition received until the survey or inspection is completed unless further damage would result. The insurance company reserves the right to inspect or verify all reported damages and may request substantiation of claimed amounts. Do not dispose of or transport damaged items without written approval from I.T.I. or until your claim is finalized.
